Stretching Class - This will help you elongate those leg, thigh, back and stomach muscles! Class size varies between 15-25 students.
Tang Soo Do - This mixed class trains once a week and is suited for all abilities and skill levels. Class size varies between 15-25 students.
Sparring Class - This early evening mixed class trains once a week and is suited for all abilities and skill levels but please note that this is a Full Contact Sparring session. Children are welcome but they will have to be experienced and they will have different training exercises comapred to the adults. Class size varies between 15-25 students.
