COVID-19 Update 31.03.20

 In News

Whilst the Coronavirus lockdown continues there remains uncertainty about how long construction sites will remain open. The Cabinet Office and several senior ministers have confirmed that Government Policy is that construction sites can remain open so long as social distancing rules are applied.

Many major contractors/developers are making the decision to close as are many builders’ merchants and suppliers. However, a significant number of sites remain open and several organisations are now offering guidance and webinars on how to keep operatives safe.  If there are any updates on the current information and guidance around construction sites, we will update the news pages accordingly and issue new informed advise.

The current corona virus outbreak and spread of the associated disease is a rapidly evolving situation. As such, and due to the risk to public health, it is essential that up-to-date information and guidance are supplied as much as possible to ATMA members.

This area brings together information about the outbreak and COVID-19. All content listed on this page is free to access.
